TRPOPO Jewelry Return Refund Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date). To be eligible:
 Unworn & Unused: Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
 Tags & Packaging: All original tags, certificates, and packaging (e.g., jewelry box, dust bag) must be included.
 Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Earrings (studs, hoops, etc.) with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Customized/personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces) are final sale.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email service@trpopo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: We’ll provide a return address (China Warehouse) and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Securely pack the item to prevent damage. Returns sent via "cash on delivery" (COD) will be refused.

We support 30-day returns and exchanges. If the product you received has quality problems, we will bear all shipping costs. If it is not a quality issue, the user needs to bear the shipping costs. For non-holiday orders, our order processing time is 24 hours; for large holiday orders, our order processing time is 72 hours. For all unshipped orders, we support unconditional returns and refunds. For returns and exchanges of shipped orders, the goods must be returned to us first before a refund can be made. In addition, customized products do not support returns. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Sale items, gift cards, or earrings with broken hygiene seals


Quality Issues & Exchanges

  • Defective Items: Report flaws (e.g., loose stones, tarnishing) within 72 hours of delivery with photos/video for a free replacement or refund.

  • Wrong/Missing Items: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

Refund Timeline

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

EU Customers: 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under EU law, you may cancel your order within 30 days for any reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and items must meet the above conditions.

Pro Tip: For high-value items, we recommend recording an unboxing video in case of disputes.
