What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date). To be eligible:
✅ Unworn & Unused: Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
✅ Tags & Packaging: All original tags, certificates, and packaging (e.g., jewelry box, dust bag) must be included.
✅ Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required.

How do I track my order?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information. You can enter your tracking number here.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay installments.
Do you have a buy now, pay later option?
We partner with Shop Pay. Shop Pay is a third-party vendor. For questions, please visit their website directly.
Sales And Promo Codes
Our system allows the use of only one promo code per order. Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments and promo codes cannot be prorated or combined. After your first order, you will receive a promotional discount applicable to your second order, such code cannot be retroactively applied to the first order.
I would like to change or cancel my order.
You may change or cancel any Trpopo order as long as the order status is “in process.” Once the order status has changed to “shipped,” we can not change or cancel your order as it is now in the hands of our carriers.
Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?
By default, we try our best to ensure that you do not have to pay additional import taxes or tariffs. Due to the impact of national policies and logistics transportation conditions, sometimes we cannot control it. If you are charged additional taxes/tariffs, you will be responsible for it because we cannot control it at that time. For more information on taxes and tariffs, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your item's weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable, however, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers.
When will you ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Before shipment, all items will undergo a strict product inspection at our quality inspection to ensure that they are delivered to you with the highest quality. We will notify you by email when the item is shipped.
I didn’t receive an order number. How do I know my order is complete?
Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Spam Folder. If you are concerned that your order didn’t go through, and you haven’t received a confirmation email, please email us at service@trpopo.com
How long does it take for the package to be delivered?
Customers usually receive the package within 1-3 weeks, and we will deliver it as soon as possible while ensuring safety.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
To ensure that your items are shipped as quickly as possible, some items may arrive separately.
I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.
Please allow our carriers 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update your tracking info.
Where are my items coming from?
All of our products are handmade by local artisans in Hong Kong and shipped from our distribution center in Hong Kong.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please check your address on your confirmation email, which you should have received after your purchase. If there is a mistake with your address, please contact us at service@trpopo.com as soon as possible.
Please note: We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has left our warehouse. If this happens, please contact us once the tracking information has been updated to attempt to intercept the package and provide them with the new address directly.
Failure to provide a correct shipping address may result in delayed or misdelivered packages. In such cases, our company is not liable for any losses or damages incurred.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
Even with prompt shipping, the average delivery time is between 6-8 business days, excluding any delays and customs checks. This is also the case for Express shipping. Taxes and fees are determined according to local import rules.

The item I received doesn’t look like the picture on the website.
Pearl jewellery will naturally vary in colour and size. Each piece of jewellery is unique and may differ slightly from the image shown. We take great pride in ensuring that the images of our products in our online catalogue truly reflect the appearance and quality of the merchandise that our customers will receive. If this is not the case, please send a photo of the item you received to service@trpopo.com so that we can confirm that the correct item has been sent.
My item is broken.
Our products are handcrafted with care with strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of your item and receipt to service@trpopo.com. Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased. Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. Defective items within the price range of $69+ purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
Can I get a price adjustment on my item?
As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, inventory, and demand from the consumer. As such, we are not able to offer price adjustments.

How long do returns take to process?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%. If the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement. Online purchases may only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at service@trpopo.com Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Will my item look the same as it does on the website?
Jewelry will naturally vary in color and size. Each piece of pearl jewelry is unique and may differ slightly from the image. We strive to make our photos and descriptions as accurate as possible. Color may vary slightly due to natural variations in pearl jewelry and differences in displays on different devices.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, chemicals and perfumes as these may cause tarnishing and discoloration. Clean gently with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
This is a gift – Do you have any gift options or a gift receipt?
Unfortunately, we do not have gift options available right now, but all of our items are beautifully packaged in a protective box that makes a great first impression.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer e-gift cards! Gift cards can be purchased online in denominations ranging from $10 to $500. Gift cards can be purchased online in set denominations. E-gift cards are redeemable in-store only (https://trpopo.com/) for purchases. E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit unless otherwise required by law. TRPOPO is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. There is no sales tax on the purchase of e-gift cards. If your order contains items, tax will be charged only on the items.
I tried to use a gift card and it didn’t work.

Can gift cards be combined with coupons and promotions?
Yes, you can combine a gift card with a promo code.
Do e-gift cards expire?
No, our Do e-gift cards never expire!
What if I want to return an item I purchased with a gift card?
No problem! When returning an item that was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to a new gift card.
