Customs & Import Taxes

Delivered at Place (DAP): Customers pay duties and taxes when they receive the goods. This may result in unexpected charges for customers and possible delivery delays.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. Create a transparent experience for customers and avoid unexpected charges at the time of delivery.
Duties/taxes are included in the total order amount. We default to DDP/DAP delivery to avoid the trouble of import duties for customers as much as possible. However, it is not ruled out that the policy cannot be implemented smoothly due to the influence of customs regulations in a few states. Because the package has been sent out and is not controlled by the merchant, in this case, the tariffs need to be borne by the customer.
